Section Properties Using AutoCAD:
1. Create regions by using Region command.2. Carry out MassProp command to find the Centroid
3. Move the UCS coordinate position according to the Centroid point. The new position is the (0,0) new position of the UCS.
4. Again carry out MassProp command now the Centroid is (0,0)
